65 km south of Savonlinna, L.Tarvaslampi 10 m (length 2 km, width 500 m), deep, hard sanded bottom, own boat and pier.
Three-storey wooden house 1952, renovated 2003, in the middle floor living room/ kitchen, bedroom 2 beds, bedroom double bed, toilet and shower. Upstairs alcove 2 extra beds, upstairs bedroom 2 beds. In the basement washroom, dressing room, sauna, hall.
Air source heat pump. Detached house altered for holiday use. Plot has lawn and is open and sunny. In the summer (5.6. - 3.9.) renovated outbuilding with bedroom (12 sqm), wood shed and parking place. Electric heating, -light, wardrobe, bedside tables and two single beds in the bedroom.
Only electrical outboard motor allowed for boat.
Extra bed for a child 10 eur/week.
Siikalahti birdlake 14 km, Sculpture park 19 km, Horse riding opportunities 20 km, Stones of Mykkii 20 km, Punkaharju 22 km, Retretti and Lusto 30 km, Savonlinna 57 km, Imatra 76, km, Helsinki 330 km.
