"Superb escape for some Easter sun. The only negative is they need to enforce the 1 hour sunbed reservation rule. Too many people take advantage and turn it into a towels-on-sunbed race in the morning, which really spoils the whole experience."

"Quieter part of main hotel. Disappointed with our room allocation .. looking out over a waste area. Cheaper rooms in other parts of the hotel with pool & partial seaview. Maybe the hotel should reconsider which rooms are included in the Royal Level - definitely check your room allocation! Buffet was lovely private & small ( but we actually preferred the main buffet). Lovely long heated pool area. Book a better room in the main hotel rather than Royal Level would be our advice. A lot of walking...

"Our apartment was a lovely room on the third floor with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean with a daily service. Decor is a tad dated but had everything we needed. Service is excellent - all staff were super friendly & helpful. The pool area was very clean too, with complementary towels provided throughout the stay.
