Property is scheduled for demolition for a new condo to be built. It’s outdated, not well kept, and frankly it’s obvious they’re squeezing every last cent out of tourists they can by still renting it. Hot tub didn’t work. Beach shower/rinse station was inoperable, and parking was inconvenient to say the least. Would’ve cancelled my trip had I known what I was getting into. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

OUR STAY AT THE RAMADA WAS THE WORST OF ANY HOTEL EVER! I HAD RELIED ON THE RAMADA/WYNDHAM NAME AND THAT WAS A MISTAKE. THE PHOTOS ONLINE WERE MISLEADING AND WERE A MISREPRESENTATION ON THE INTERNET OF THE ACTUAL PROPERTY IN ORDER TO SECURE OUR BUSINESS. THE SHEETS ON BOTH BEDS WERE STAINED. THE FAUCETS IN THE TUB WERE FALLING OFF THE WALL. THE LIGHT FIXTURES WERE ACTUALLY RUSTED. THE CARPET GOING INTO THE BATHROOM WAS SHREDDED THE DOOR TO THE DECK HAD TO BE LIFTED UP TO OPEN. THE TRASH CANS OUTSIDE WERE OVERFLOWING AND NOT EMPTIED FOR TWO DAYS. THE POOL WAS NEVER CLEANED DURING OUR STAY. WHAT WE HAD NOT NOTICED WHEN WE ARRIVED WAS A NOTICE ON THE DOOR ABOUT A BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE NEW BUILDING TO REPLACE THE EXISTING ONE. SINCE WE HAD BOOKED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY WE COULD NOT CANCEL OR, BELIEVE ME WE WOULD HAVE. THE AMENITIES WERE NOTHING AS ADVERTISED TO THE PUBLIC. IT WAS FALSE ADVERTISING. THERE SHOULD BE A LAW TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC FROM MISREPRESENTATION SUCH AS THIS.

They put us in room where balcony had trees blocking view of ocean. Room was dirty. They did move us after 2 days. They did give us 2 free meals at Barefoot restaurant. Whirlpool never worked. No lounge chairs were at pool. Place needs work . Probadly will never stay there again. However staff was friendly.

The rooms are outdated and look nothing like the pictures. The bathroom door didn't lock and the beds were so uncomfortable. The phone in the room did not work so I had to walk down to the front desk if I needed anything and even then it was a 15-20 min wait because the line was so long with many people complaining.

This property should be condemned, holes in walls, water dripping from ceiling, not sure the last time they could see the pattern through all of the filth on the carpet. I could continue, but dont want to waste anymore of my time thinking about this property.

The pool was green then they closed it down. They have no elevator so a lot of walking to get your stuff upstairs. Kind front desk but room was run down and just overall nasty.

Do not book this hotel!!
I have never had a bad experience in all the years I have used Hotels.com, but I am telling you to remove this hotel off your site. The building itself needs to be condemned, it is a safety, health and security hazard. The picture is misleading and is not a true representation. The doors do not lock at all the card keys they give you is laughable, see pictures sent. Balcony doors are barely usable, holes in the bathroom ceiling, faucet goes round and round and there is no hot water, trash in every nook and cranny of the hall ways, ac units are broken and rusty, television in the wall but not hooked up to anything as well as one plug with exposed wires, microwave unusable due to exposed rust and metal. Rooms are no clean including beds toilets showers and carpet. In top of all this there was only one person a young man who was trying to run it all. No managers, no housekeeping no one. The only thing going for it was it was beachside. Pool and jacuzzi cloudy and dirty. The sister hotel next store is the one they show. I have called the city code enforcement but have not heard back. Please save others from having to experience that. We had to barricade the door with our luggage to feel safe.

Do not stay here.
The hotel was dirty. There were no lights at night in the patio/pool area or safety lights near the balconies. Trash was everywhere and there was a horrible smell like something the decaying in the hotel. The ice machine didnt work. The sliding doors were difficult to maneuver in the room. Not worth the money that was spent.

Hotel is fixing to be under renovation
Hotel was ran down and had roaches. New owners just bought. They ended up transferring us to a different hotel they owned and it was very nice. New owner called on outlet way home and made it right with us. The hotel will be fixed up just gonna take some time.

Service was excellent but cleanness was not.
The service was excellent but the room itself was something else. There was mold in the shower, the tub had peeling paint and the sheets had a stain on them. I have photos but won't let me upload them.
