The home is comfortable, with new decor, Brand New Hardwood floors, Flat Screen Tvs throughout and every modern convenience available. The home is fully equipped, and stocked for you to enjoy.
Outdoor Delights: Enjoy the expansive pool deck with its panoramic beachfront view, Private and custom gulf front pool, outdoor shower, and direct access to your own beach boardwalk to the sand.
Luxurious Suites: With 9 uniquely laid out bedrooms, this exquisite beach front home comfortably accommodates up to 26 guests. All the beds are new and comfortable.
Ample Parking: Private driveway that can hold up to 7 moderately sized vehicles. We can accomodate trailers, RV, or other hard to park vehicles as well.
Heated Pool: Your pool can be heated up to 85 degrees for a comfortable swim experience for an additional fee. Just let us know, and we'll activate this feature for you.
Event-Friendly: Planning an event? "Sunset" can be part of your special occasion for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
Direct Beach Access: A boardwalk provides direct access to the pristine beach.
House Layout by floor
As you the home, there is a small sitting area (with a fun foosball table) that leads down the hall to a multi-bunk room featuring a twin over twin bunk and twin over queen bunk. This room also shares its en-suite with the rest of the ground floor. The beachside common area has a pool table, flat screen TV, eat-in bar for 6, full dining table for 8 and fully-equipped kitchen. You'll find this to be the most convenient space for those quick snack grabs or drink refills when coming in from your pool or the beach. Easy in, easy out. The pool deck has an amazing beachfront view and leads down to the beach boardwalk for everyone to enjoy. For convenience, we also made sure to provide an outdoor shower.
The second floor is the main living room/dining area and kitchen. This space has a lovely open-air concept, complete with glass doors that slide open to a furnished balcony overlooking the coast. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils and the eat-in bar seats 5 people with an additional 6 at the dining table. There are two bedrooms also located on this floor, one has a king bed and the other has a twin over twin bunk bed. In addition, the bunk room has a small walkout patio. Each are street-facing and have their own private en-suites. The first washer and dryer set are also located on this floor.
The third floor has a large beachfront master suite with a king bed, flat screen tv and furnished walkout balcony plus a luxurious en-suite offering a walk-in shower, double vanity and separate soaking tub overlooking the waves. Down the hall is another bedroom featuring a king bed with private en-suite. On the street-side is a king room and a twin/queen bunk room, each with their own private en-suites as well. Also located on this floor is your second washer and dryer.
As you come up the stairs to the fourth floor, there is a small seating area with a couch & flat screen TV. The multi-bed room on the beachside and has its own private walkout balcony with stunning views of the coastline and the other multi-bed room is located on the streetside, each room features two twin beds and one queen bed and have their own private en-suites as well.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach! You have direct beach access through a private boardwalk.
