WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT OUR UNIT?
It is one of the NICEST units in The Shores of Panama. It has been professionally remodeled with beautiful furniture and fresh colors and loaded with original art. There is no carpet anywhere...all hard surface floors. It has a DOUBLE balcony with master and living room panoramic views.
Upon arrival you will go to concierge desk and obtain wristbands and 1 parking pass for your entire stay. It is a $75+tax one time fee. This is a requirement from the resort for all guests. 1 parking pass and 6 armbands for our unit are allowed. If you have more than 1 vehicle there is paid city overflow parking down the street or fcfs limited extra parking in garage.
We have a NEW high capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. It will come in handy on week stays.
This unit comes with one FRONT reserved parking spot in the most convenient location on the 2nd floor garage and is conveniently located close to the elevator. Elevators and stairs are only feet away from the entry to the room. We have a total of 3 condos very close to each other in the building for groups.
Parking is on beach side with elevator close to unit, no long walking to your car.
The bunk room has a door, smart tv, and closet as well as private bath. The bottom bunk is a FULL size.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and is a large room with smart tv, full bath and closet. There is also a desk and chair for remote work. View is straight out to the gulf.
The living room has a sofa with a queen pull out with a memory foam mattress. Please note the stucco is being replaced on the building and there will be workers around the property with possible noise. Our balcony stucco is completed so there is no risk of closure or workers on our balcony.
This is an artist's personal condo completely remodeled and furnished with upscale decor with comfort in mind. You have to visit with us at least once!! You will want to come back to The Shores of Panama often. Not your average rental condo!!
We are located on the 16th floor. Attention to detail is top priority to make your stay like home.
PLEASE NOTE
Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. It is easy to obtain and available through multiple companies. Just google travel insurance.

The pool is approximately 18,000 sq. feet with 468 feet of gulf frontage. There is also an indoor heated pool and workout room.

Amazing fall break
Condo was in the perfect location the view is breathtaking and everything you need also smart TVs so your able to watch your favorite Netflix shows we have teenagers so that was a plus for them. Very roomy and comfortable felt like home. Will stay again for sure.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. It was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable for our family of four. Going on vacation with kids can be stressful but this condo had all the amenities that we're all used to at home. The location was awesome, it's right in the middle of everything and the staff is so friendly. The owners are so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Very nice location and cute place to stay.
Very well maintained and roomy. Nice views. Owner was very helpful and quick to answer questions. Only real complaint is what they had for cookware. That could be updated with nicer cookware. Other then that the place was very nice. I would stay there again.

This condo was a dream. The view from our 16th floor condo was amazing. Stephanie was very good at responding to any questions and was super helpful. We would definitely come back just maybe not in January. We missed Pineapple Willy's since they were closed for some work but we will be back.

Unit was great! Beautiful view, well stocked, and the hosts were extremely helpful & nice! Elevators at the resort can be a little aggravating, but the host gave us some tips that helped with that as well. The kids loved the bunkbeds, and they absolutly went crazy for the pool! Having pineapple willys right next door was a major plus as well! Overall was a great experience!

Long weekend
This place has an amazing view and you can relax on the balcony and listen to the waves. Unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a living room/kitchen area. Everything was comfortable and stocked. The bunk room is small with no where to put suitcases, but still worth it to have the separate space! The beach access was nice and we also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The indoor pool was closed our entire stay which was kind of a bummer since I knew it would be too cold to swim outside and looked for a place with an indoor pool. Plenty to do in the area as well.

Excellent Condo!
My friend and I stayed in this condo for a girls weekend getaway, the condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay in the same condo again! Stephanie was a joy to work with and was readily available if we needed her, but we had absolutely no problems. There is a great view from the large balcony and from the master bedroom! perfect location!

My Husband, 2 daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. I am super picky about room cleanliness when we travel. This condo felt like home. I can tell the cleaning service is too notch! Bed was super comfortable. Loved the large balcony. The pool was a big hit with my girls- the poolside snack bars were awesome! Nice vacation
We had a good experience from checking into parking area until we left for home today. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The workers acted like they enjoyed their work. Our parking place was near the elevator and the elevator was close to our condo. The only complaint I have is the weather was not as warm as I would have liked but nothing could be done about that! We had a little glitch with our TV but as soon as Stephanie was aware of it, it was corrected in minutes. I have no complaints, great experience!

Great location, AMAZING VALUE!
This property was located in the heart of Panama City Beach. Lots of stuff to do around, even when the days are a bit cold in the winter and cannot swim in the beach. The property has fees for using amenities, so as long as you plan the days well to pay for them, it is worth it. We paid around $15 per day per room for the amenities which are the outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, etc. Overall, great price for the week and the owner (Stephanie) was very good at keeping in contact. Would definitely do this property again!

Great place to stay!
We had the best time! The resort is beautiful. The kiddos loved the pool/hot tub. The security at the beach gate and the parking garage is a huge plus. Wouldn’t recommend leaving anything at the end of walkway as you stroll on the beach. My daughter had her crocs taken. The condo was wonderful. The artwork that the owner did herself is beautiful! The second bedroom with bunk is smaller than I thought. Great for kids, but tight if you have adults sleep in there. View from balcony is beautiful and relaxing! We can’t wait for our next visit!

Perfect Condo
We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. The view was amazing and the condo was perfect size for our family of four. There were beach toys provided and a nice lounge chair on the patio. Bring beach towels with you though on your stay. The condo is in a great spot next to the main elevator to go to the parking garage. Awesome parking space provided on the second floor of the garage and next to the elevators. The TV in the living room has cable including HBO. The owner is very responsive to any needs or requests we had and is very friendly. Overall we had a great stay!

Good place to stay
Super close to the elevator!!!! Great views and the assigned parking spot was in a great location! Condo overall was nice, the only problem we had was the flooring. Hardwood throughout the property, but a coarse hardwood that never seemed clean. The day we got there the floor felt like gritty sand, so we swept a total of 3 times and the floor just never felt clean.

Great stay!
Enjoyed the stay. Wifi worked great. Large washer/dryer. Very roomy and great view. Some updates are needed; fridge handle is missing and a bottom drawer in the bedroom TV stand was missing. Need to replace cleaning person asap; dirty dishes in the dish washer, floor had dirt/sand and candy paper/chapstick on floor, shower was dirty, toilet was very dirty, we had to clean. Which is not the owner fault, but definitely need a new cleaning person since we paid a cleaning fee. Despite that, I would rent again, very easy owner to communicate with and again, great condo.
