"Wonderful and very high standards. The biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen covering every diet you can imagine. We used the club as an upgrade and highly recommend it. Includes separate dining for breakfast and afternoon tea (we used as a lunch). Free teas coffee and soft drinks all day and free alcohol for 2 hours including cocktails. Excellent service in the club also. "

"Lovely hotel, good selection for breakfast and lovely pool. Only negative if had to find one was the lifts were a bit hit and miss and took a while, which given how modern the hotel was and number of floors the expectation of them was higher. Overall lovely hotel though!"

"This was the most amazing experience we have ever had. The staff was so amazing. Henry, Anelka, Rhea, & Ezekiel made our trip such a great pleasure. It was our first time in Dubai and they helped us with making all reservations and our trip just a blast. We celebrated our daughter’s 3rd bday and they made it so special for us. The raffles is underrated not enough reviews you need to really go here and experience you won’t be disappointed one bit. If I could rate this hotel I would do a 15/10. The location is also so perfect located toward the end of the palms it’s away from all the traffic and chaos. We will definitely go back again. Thank you so much for this amazing experience. "
