This is a high-priced hotel. Front desk staff and spa staff were excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, its location is up on a hill which provides lovely views of the salar. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable and facilities modern. However the dining options and staff need some serious attention. The dining staff spent more time on their phones than attending the food and customers. One evening we weren’t offered drinks and had to go to the bar and interrupt staff member on their phone to place our drink order. On our second evening we were served leftovers from the previous two evenings!!!! For over $350/night I expected better service and food. There are a lot of extra charges that are often included at other hotels such as a shuttle to the airport, or room service. It’s a good hotel just temper your expectations as the value for money is not as good as other hotels in the area.

"Ok in general I loved this hotel. It's super unique and so cute the bungalows they offer. However a few issues... very cold which is understood but they don't have solar power water heaters which could have helped. They forgot to turn the gas on for us to use hot water.
