"Fabulous location and a fascinating building - highly recommend the little tour that you can take to learn about the history. The pool is lovely, as is the walking in the countryside around the abbey - other than that there's not a lot to do other than soak up the atmosphere. We stayed for two dinners and one lunch. "I couldn’t recommend this property more!! The rooms and the whole area amazing clean. The staff extremely friendly and always want to do more to help. The dinner was amazing and the wine they have perfect for the meal. We will be definitely staying here again and bringing our family and friends too!! Please book and stay here!! "

"Oh my. What a delight!! I took a fall in Palermo (on my face) so we wanted someplace peaceful to relax and heal for a few days. This was it!! Our room was amazing. The spa was phenomenal!! All restaurants and food were top notch. Loved the bikes everywhere. 2 golf courses. Pool. Beach. This was a splurge for us, but truly spectacular in every way. "
