「This house was a wonderful place to stay. There was no air-conditioning in this place but it was not needed. The wind coming off the sea was sufficient to cool the house and sometimes at night it was cold. 「Probably the most beautiful place I've ever stayed - but not the most expensive, by any means. Directly on the ocean. You can sit on the lanai and feel the spray on your face. 「We absolutely loved this house. My sister and I traveled with our significant others along with our dad. We had three wonderful bedrooms to ourselves that were clean with windows and fans for cooler air in the evenings! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools and the outdoor kitchen is great for cooking during the heat of the day! The location is a little out of the way of beaches, but the drive is so worth it. The location was great for our day visit to the volcano park as well.」

「We loved our time here! The property is just like the photos and it's so close to Volcanoes National Park. There was an eruption the day we arrived and we were able to get to it in 10 minutes. 「The staff was so friendly. There were lots of animals: peacocks, cats, frogs, geese. We loved it! We booked it to be closer to Volcanoes National Park, without realizing there was no road that cuts across. We had to go amidst to Hilo in order to go back down to the Volcanoes, so it wasn't the most convenient, but we loved the vibe!」
