"Great place you've got there. The only thing I can recommend is keep pet rooms as pet rooms. I think our room had a pet unit previously because the two of us started having allergic reactions the two nights there. Outside the room the allergies stopped. But other than that, we loved it! "

"We love Pagosa Springs and are frequent visitors. This house is right on the lake in a cul de sac. The second floor is accessed by a steep spiral stairway so a bit challenging. Upstairs bedroom has a very firm mattress. Nice lounge area upstairs with tv and small bathroom and double bed. Good communication with the host. Neighborhood a bit unwelcoming. "
