Relax in front of the traditional river rock fireplace, in the great room, or lounging on the wrap around deck listening to the wind in the pines watching squirrels scurry up and down the trees.

Pagosa Springs has so much to offer in outdoor activities, hiking, skiing, fishing, horseback riding, snowshoeing, fantastic hot springs (3 in town to choose from) and a congenial small mountain town to explore with many cafes and restaurants. Walk to town in about 1 hour on the enjoyable back road (3 miles) Please make sure to read the WELCOME GUIDE when VRBO releases it a week before you arrive for all of the arrival information and entry codes.
