"Perfect location at Waihi and Merryn was a wonderful host. We were three families of 4 with children 5-8 years old and this suited us down to the ground. Backwards and forwards from the beach all day, great deck to spend the evenings on and plenty of space for the kids to run around. If you’re into a great kiwi bach holiday then this can’t be faulted. "The perfect place for a young family. The township is a couple of feet away and across the road is the beach with an inlet that is safe for the kids to play. The owners have a great selection of beach toys to use. We loved our stay here."

Their place is ideally located close to all amenities (shops, fuel, restaurants, etc..), there is a lovely park and hike to explore and in close proximity to the beaches. Their garden is spectacular and any nature lover would get lost in there alone, viewing the beautiful variety of plants, butterflies and bees. ...

"Wonderful little property in Waihi Beach, amazing facilities for kids. Pool is great and a balmy 28 degrees, spa 39 degrees (very popular and always crowded!). Was great to have a woodfired pizza oven though we didn't know it was only on Wednesdays and Saturdays (disappointing but we will know for next time!). We were in an ensuite studio which was small but enough space for 2 adults 2 kids who didn't want to camp. Brilliant location, close to the beach and a great takeaway shop (excellent fish and chips) and a great coffee spot too. Would stay again- highly recommend!"
