"The four bed room house was amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful, most of all the view of the mountains and lake are a wonder to wake up to in the morning. Downside is a boat is the only why to reach it, do not follow the GPS up the mountain, stop at the pier. The stairs up from the dock up to the house are in water and will move with the waves, the dock will move too. "

"Cute little hotel. It was perfect for us. When we arrived the front desk didn’t speak English and the paperwork wasn’t in English. We had to ask our tour guide to help. Netflix was on the tv but it didn’t work. Stairs are a bit narrow. Be careful when coming down with luggage. My friend fell down the stairs. Room could use an iron and a little fridge. "This property does not communicate. They say they offer airport shuttle service, but you cannot coonect with the to book it. They do not respond to messages through Expedia Help, and they do not answer the phone on Expedia help. They have a limited window to check in. They obviouslu have no interest in guest service!"
