Explore downtown's local boutiques and quaint coffee shops via the provided bikes, or fire up the private gas grill to host a summer cookout.
Back at your stay, continue to enjoy ocean views and sun-splashed living quarters. The open living room is complete with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a gas fireplace. When you aren't catching up on your favorite TV show, engage in some playful competition over the air hockey table or foosball table. The full kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center island. When it's time to eat, gather with ease around the formal dining table.
Your own personal haven, the primary bedroom boasts an ocean view balcony and spa-like en suite bathroom. Each of the home's bedrooms comes adorned with soft linens and central air. A private washer/dryer, board games, and internet access round out the interior amenities.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
