Week in Ouray
We had a great week off-roading around Ouray. The house was close to town but located in a quiet community. We had everything we needed. Just like being at home!

Beautiful property and views with great location to Ouray
The house , its location and views were great! The fenced area for the dog was wonderful and the beds were super comfortable. We had a bit of trouble with the Roku remote not working, and the coffee pot leaked water. Both were acknowledged by the property , one in the welcome letter and one in note on the counter however, we feel that these small things could have been replaced/ fixed for not only us but for future visitors. We were able to download the app and the Roku worked with the app, so it is as simple as getting a new one for your guests who may not be as tech savvy. especially if you know there are already problems! Same with the coffee pot. We are big coffee drinkers !!! We did try to call Carl , the property manager, and his mail box was full and it took over two days for a response and unfortunately we did not hear back via message to the end of our 4 day stay so it was just a little late. We really wish his help was available as it would of made our stay more comfortable. Also, in the welcome paperwork it mentioned some complimentary soaps. We did not see these and would of LOVED to try these with hopes that we could recommend them to others. :( We also wish we would have received check out information to assure we left it the way you wanted. Over all a great stay, just address the little things as these are part of a great experience for your paying guests. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us !

Keeping Vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was handy to Ouray and all the Jeep trails in the area. The house was just as described on the website. Great location!

A great spot with an amazing view
The pictures don't do the spot justice. The house is very comfortable and the deck / yard / view is spectacular. A great spot to stay in the Ouray area for a larger group!

Spectacular views
The house was very accommodating for our family of 4. Short distance to Ouray center and so much to do in this area! Kitchen is very well stocked and enjoyed grilling on the deck. Quiet neighborhood with a beauty view of the sky at night! Highly recommend!

Great location, good view, roomy parking (Hard to find in Ouray), deck and garage makes this home very versatile. This was our third 4th in Ouray, but the first for our boys, their spouses and the grandson. A Ouray July 4th should be on everybody's must do list at least once

Beyond Expectations
We loved our stay at this precious property. It's tucked away in a lovely community just off the highway between Ouray and Ridgway, and we had easy access to all of the adventures we had planned, and it was also easy to get our trailer in & out (carrying 4 motorcycles and an ATV). Beyond that, it was just an awesome get-away and retreat for my family of 4. Quiet. Peaceful. Great views. Sweet neighbors. Convenient. The home was everything we needed. Spacious and comfortable, and all the amenities needed for a week away, and our only regret was we couldn't stay and enjoy it longer. This was our 7th trip to the San Juans, and I think this was our favorite place we've stayed, and hope to again next time we visit. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay at your beautiful home!

Under the Stars
We visited Ouray for the Ice Festival & for some ice climbing but the serendipity for me was the location & deck. It turned out to be a new moon evening so I stayed up practically all night photographing the night sky :-) Everything about the house, amenities, dog area, location, was excellent! We all really enjoyed our stay!! P.s. just about every game you can imagine, they have & it made for some great low key evenings cooking in & enjoying the property.

Great rental!
This is a great place to stay! The location is great if you don't want to be in town, but it is still very close and convenient once you find the turn off the highway. The house is incredibly well stocked with tons of blankets, pillows, dishes and cooking supplies. The layout is great. There are also a lot of "extras" not listed for summer visits like lawn games and chairs. I would definitely recommend!

Everything was great. The living room and kitchen space was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures. The 360 views were incredible. Absolutely worth it for the price.

Holiday vacation
We truly enjoyed ourselves at this property. The kitchen was well stocked one of the best we have stayed at. We had plenty of towels and toiletries, our dogs were able to join us in the fun.
