"Our room was very nice, and the property location is convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. But I cannot give higher ratings because we stayed there for 4 nights and not once did we have room maid service. I was disappointed no one even emptied our trash cans. We did get clean towels, once, but cleaner never came into our room, just handed us fresh towels from hallway. "

"Good hotel with decent sized rooms. We stayed for 3 nights on 2 separate occasions. The 1st room was excellent and exceptionally clean, the 2nd time we had a room at the back of the hotel, this was near a set of traffic lights on a major road so quite a lot of noise from vehicles. We had a blocked shower head in our room and reported in the morning and fixed when we got back later in the day. I felt the cleaning wasn't as good in this room. We used the hotel shuttle and this was convenient....
