"Excellent adorable place, very charming, lovely clean accommodations, great location for walking attractions and dining out. Delicious breakfast options, coffee was always good and hot when I went for it! Dry nice areas to sit and eat or hang out on location including lovely outdoor patio and veranda. Will definitely stay there again, hopefully for a longer trip! (Kingston more charming than I expected too!!) "

"Close walk to downtown restaurants and waterfront. Quiet area. Beautiful B and B. The room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Quality sheets, pillows and bed for a restful sleep. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, yogurt, baked goods and an egg, croissant sandwich which the chef prepared for me. Hosts were welcoming, responsive and even left a gift in the fridge! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would choose to stay here over impersonal chain hotels with low quality...

"This was such a hidden gem for us. I stayed here with a friend and my two small children while in town for a baby shower and the host was truly incredible. Our room was fantastic and so warm and inviting, there was nice low volume music playing in common areas which I loved, many bathrooms scattered throughout which was great, and also a super accommodating parking situation. To be honest though, the high point for us was the breakfast. I have stayed at MANY different hotels/Airbnb/timeshare etc...

"Beautifully decorated, stately elegant home for a relaxing time in historic Kingston. Great location for walking to shops/restaurants on Princess Avenue. Would prefer the dispensers to be less FORCEFUL, as the lovely Wellington Soap products are all quite viscous. Gorgeous 4poster bed in McKay Suite. See you again, when the garden is blooming! "

The entire house is steeped in history, and one of the most unique aspects is the antique store built right into the home. It’s filled with stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces—each with a story behind it. "It was all good with the hospitality of the hosts and it is a beautiful home. but we got there after dark and in having to park behind the house where there is a long driveway to get to the front entry, it is not lite at all. This is an easy fix, but instead is a situation for an accident waiting to happen. That said, we would go there again, just need to be careful."

"Our favourite Canadian experience yet. A last minute booking as we started to get tired on our drive, the owners responded to our email promptly and gave us self check in instructions. The room was spotless and silent, shower amazing and the bed was our best nights sleep! The breakfast is just brilliant, we had been in Canada for 4 days and not had a single good breakfast so we were so grateful for such a wonderful fresh spread and wonderful hosts.
