"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. Not only is there a 7/11 so close, but there are neighboring grocery stores that are open as well. The biggest selling point in my opinion is that the JR station is a 3 minute walk from the complex. "It's a nice place. Train station is close because the hotel is kind of connected to it. There's a lot of multistory malls within a 5 minute walk. Lots of places to eat around. The only thing I can think that was a problem was finding the front desk to check in. You have to use the elevators next to the Denny's on the 3 floor. Front desk is on the 6th floor if I remember right. Overall a nice stay!"

"Pretty good hotel for solo travelers around the Makuhari area. It's close to the Shin-Makuhari train station, as well as a couple of shops and a supermarket. So if you want to get something to eat from a convenience store, or take a train out to Tokyo, then you can do that easily. As for the room, the one I had was a single room. It is small, so you probably don't have enough room to move around in. But it was manageable. For the price, it's not too expensive. "

Funabashi Grand Sauna and Capsule Hotel - Caters to Men

"Great atmosphere. The sauna and hot tub area is fantastic. The capsule was fine. It had plug in for charging and lights, TV. The bed itself was a bit stiff, but I still slept fine. Close to train stations, close to shopping and all sorts of food. The street it is on is lively and fun. I would definitely spend a night here again if I ever go back to Japan. Shampoo, shaving blades were provided to keep you looking fabulous. Highly recommend. Breakfast was also great 👍"

"Definitely a different room type than US hotel rooms but overall it gets the job done. Hotel is super clean as well as the room on check in. Right down the street from the train station as well and everything is about a half hour train ride as well. Would definitely come back here if giving the opportunity. Good deal if you’re looking for it! "
