"Arrived in oslo with paid reservation at thon panorama (even had a confirmation the day before) only to get there and find a sign in front saying closed for refurbishing and that booked guests should call this number. I had to turn on roaming and international calling and spend 30 min on hold to be told my hotel was moved across town to a different hotel. It wasn’t walkable so I went into a different hotel and they graciously called me a taxi ($40). I missed my pre booked sauna for 3 reservation...

"Super close to the airport terminal. 5 minute walk through a covered walkway. No need for shuttle busses ( which are not free). Friendly staff, clean modern look. Very convenient if you have an early morning flight as I did. "

"I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "
