Check in was a nightmare and took forever. Did not have enough staff on duty to take care of everyone. Did not honor the expedia price that I booked with. Very disappointed! Very unique place and could be nice but right now it is outdated, run down, dirty and smells.

The staff was incredible and the food at the restaurant was just excellent. We had a really good time. The amenities at the hotel were perfect and I highly recommend this hotel resort as a place to stay.

All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our “partial lake view” was a full lake view that surprised us in the morning. The kids loved the pool and were especially excited about the indoor/outdoor parts they could dive between. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and the food was excellent at both.

The bar staff were AMAZING! Hours of operation for HK’s is not up to date. My refrigerator went out and all of my food was destroyed, I was not compensated for that but it was fixed in a quick manner. The ice machine did not work on the floor I was on. But even with the negatives, I would stay here again, that’s how relaxing the resort is.

Dirty restrooms, unpleasant front desk staff, outdated rooms. Entire hotel is old and smells bad.ive machines in entire main building didn’t work. No room service, no daily cleaning in rooms and it shows.

Always have a great time at the Lodge. The hotel staff was great. What we didn't like was the staff at the marina. They were horrible and tried to charge us for a boat that didn't work.
