Welcome to Harbor Point Condominium, a condominium made for a relaxing getaway nestled in the heart of Lake of the Ozarks. It is located just off Highway 54 at lake road 54-56, also know as Nichols Road exit. It is minutes away from the Osage Beach Premium Outlets with 110 stores, spectacular golf courses, big Surf Water Park, Lake of the Ozarks State Park, as well as miniature golf and go cart tracks for the kiddos. We are located at the 21 mile marker of the Osage Channel.

If relaxation is what you're looking for, enjoy a covered balcony, overlooking the water. There is also a very nice pool and tennis and basketball court on the property. This fully loaded condo has all the amenities of home including a gas grill, dishwasher and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils for preparing and indulging in home cooked meals. Living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a King bed with a 40" flat screen TV. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with a 32" flat TV. The Living room has a pull out couch with a comfortable 12" mattress. 49" flat screen TV with a DVD player, and a WII for rainy days. We also have a private washer/dryer in the condo for all of your laundry needs.

Condo complex is completely paved and condo comes with one private parking and only 2 steps up to the front door from the parking lot. The complex also offers boat launching and trailer parking for you convenience. We also offer a private boat slip 10x26 and a PWC lift ( for additional fee)

Both Mattresses have been replace in April 2021

Although we love four legged family, Please NO Pets.

Stayed here before & hope to come again. Maybe a little lacking in some things when it comes to cooking, but it fits for most people...I'm sure we are among the minority of those who actually cook dinners. LOL All in all, it is one of the best condos and locations we've been to and the best part being the walk in.

Very nice please to stay for a fast weekend trip. The views from the room and deck are nice of the lake. If you have a boat the dock is very nice as well. The condo was easy to find and on a nice paved lake road. There is a boat launch you can use as well. Make sure you know the ends and outs before you go, lake cell service stinks for all carriers. We will stay here again.

Perfect!
We found this property to be very inviting, very clean, with a good location for relaxation. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck, which overlooked lots of boat, jet ski, and human activity for entertainment! Nice bedrooms and bathrooms, with a comfortable living area and kitchen. The cleanliness of the property made it easier for us to keep clean. Quiet location although it seemed most places were filled during our stay. This would be my first choice for another visit!

Great Place (just as represented)
We had a fantastic stay at this condo!! It was exactly as represented, and just perfect for two, who wanted to get-away & still be able to work remotely. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the host David was a pleasure to work with, and responsive to our questions. Our favorite part was breakfast and dinner on the balcony. The morning sky when the sun was rising was beautiful, and dinner in the moonlight (great views of the full moon) was wonderful, too. As noted in previous reviews, the new bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. All in all, we had great stay ~ thank you, David! We are already looking at our calendar trying to figure out another time to stay at David’s place to relax, yet still be able to work, too. A win-win for sure!
