This gorgeous 2nd tier unit at Clearwater Condominiums on the 8 mile marker of the Niangua Arm will not disappoint! Enjoy an incredible view from the screened deck overlooking the Little Niangua and a complex with plenty of amenities.
Kitchen comes equipped with all big and small appliances for all your cooking needs.
Bring your K-pods as this unit has a Keurig. Breakfast bar seats 2 while the dining table seats 4.
Living Room has plenty of seating, flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Electric Fireplace, slider to deck and ceiling fan. Master Bedroom includes King bed, Flat Screen TV, slider to deck, ceiling fan and private bathroom with double sinks. Guest Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and access to Guest Bathroom with standup shower.
Outside, enjoy a bug-free zone with the screened deck, great lake view, soft deck chairs, lounger, ceiling fan and electric grill. This unit also comes with full sized washer and dryer. Very nice
The condo was very clean and well maintained. All the extras were a perfect touch. Any kind of pot, pan, utensil etc. You could possibly need. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of space for all of our things. My only thing would be the location being on top of the hill. If you wanted to go swimming or go to the park, it was all at the bottom. Everything else was above and beyond. Even the neighbors were very friendly!

Amazing Lakeview!
This condo was just as listed... beautiful, clean, and a wonderful vacation rental. The large windows in bedroom and living room afforded a gorgeous view of the lake. We will definitely rent this property again!

On top of the world!
What a great place to stay! We were at the lake for 3 days to see a concert. We wanted to see the lake but didn’t need to be right on the water. This condo had a great view of the lake and the water here was very quiet for a holiday weekend.

The condo had a great view of the lake. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had great amenities for cooking. The condo sits on top of a hill so it is a short walk/drive down to get to the pools. Wonderful! Would stay again!

Lake of Ozarks - Clearwater Condo
The ease was throughout the whole process. We were not there long - 2 nights and days. We did not use the grill or kitchen appliances. But the living space was comfortable and nice to spend some evening time and morning time on the screened in deck. The bedrooms/ bathrooms were perfect for the 3 of us. We were only given 1 set of towels each - would have liked more. We would have needed to do a load of towel laundry if we needed another shower. We would highly recommend.

So clean and neat
This unit looked brand new. It was so clean and decorated well. For the very young or elderly it would be best to drive to the pool. It’s not that far to walk but there is a very steep hill. The pools and grounds were very nice and kept. Loved the unit and the entire resort!
