"Booked on hotel.com and paid in advance. Arrived and was told there was an extra cost for having my caged pet stay in the room with me (he is a bunny and stayed in the crate the entire night. Parking lot not plowed, very icy walk way up to room which I almost slipped on. Noisey neighbors / thin walls, most guests lived here full time by the looks of it. Hot water in shower + tap took forever to heat up or turn on, toilet was barely attached to the floor. No sheet on any of the 3 beds , room...

"Walkable to different restaurants and the river trail. The only minor downside was that the fridge in the room made very loud noise from time to time and it startled me a few times. But other than that everything was great. Will stay here again if I'm in the town again. "

"We loved that it was close to the mall. The staff were friendly. Loved that the room was nicely decorated..fresh. But then we went into the bathroom...it was like walking into the 70's....so in need of updating to match the room. The beds were very comfortable. the room had everything needed for a one night stay while on the road.
