Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been recently renovated (June 2017), with all new flooring, furniture, and amenities. The living room features a 47” LCD TV with a DVD player, new glass coffee and end tables, loveseat, and pullout queen sized sofa bed. The master bedroom has all new furniture including a new KING sized pillow top mattress, and a LCD TV with a DVD Player. The second bedroom sleeps two with twin sized beds and LCD TV with a DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and new plates and utensils. And as an added bonus, this unit features in suite laundry, free Wifi, cable, and FREE local and long distance calling to the US and Canada!
The Windsor Palms Resort's distinctive 7,500 sq. foot clubhouse features a huge community pool with sun deck and hot tub. Enjoy a variety of recreation options and exciting activities for all ages including a children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a 58-seat movie theatre, video arcade and billiards.

House was clean. Host communicated all the information in advance. Parking was easy. Gated community. Couple of things to keep in mind are: House is on second floor and there is no elevator. Also host informed us that there is no shoes in the house policy. We didnt had any issues with these however something to consider.

Amazing stay for our family!

Orlando Stay
Our stay was very comfortable with LOTs of places to go that were close to the townhouse. One place I would really like to recommend is the Medieval Times place about 7 miles from our townhouse. It was the hit of our stay. If you love horses, you can't get any better than the show there. Another nice place about where we stayed was the location of the water park just a block away. It had a pool, slides, lazy river, bar and best of all it was free. Great place to relax after a day of running around.

Perfect in Every Way
This property was excellent. Very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. It fit our family of 4 well and my chihuahua was welcomed by everyone also. It was safe and quiet. Close to everything we needed and the amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed the pool, gameroom, shop, and bar. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the property.

Nice rental!
The property location and amenities were great. Close to Disney, local attractions and food/shopping. The check in process was easy and staff were friendly. The layout of the rental was perfect for our family. Our host was responsive and checked in several times. My only recommendations would be basic needs such as bath mats, more toilet paper, cleaning supplies. Rental showed rugs in photo which would have given a more homey touch. Could use some basic upgrades to counters, flooring, furniture. Overall, a great experience.

The place I had first requested and paid for was switched around 10 days before arrival. I understand things come up but the place I wanted I’m sure would have suited our needs much better. The place we were switched to is more family oriented, so if you have children and going to Disney, the location in Fantasy World Resort is OK.

Clean, quiet and comfortable
The unit was exactly as described. The community was clean, quiet and the perfect distance from restaurants, shopping and theme parks. The owners made themselves available for any inquiries and were quick to respond. The community had all amenities which we were free to use. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a Florida getaway. We look forward to staying at the unit again.

Wonderful!
There was some ant problems in the bathroom. I'm assuming it's from the hot weather because in Nola we get that also. Otherwise this place was very clean. I would definitely book this place again if we go back in the future. It was a short drive to Magic Kingdom & 30-35 mins to Universal Studios. There is a lot of restaurants and stores like 5 mins away from the condo.

It’s okey!
Stayed for a week. Its a nice condo, but need some remodeling specially in the bathrooms. Also wasn’t 100% clean when we came in, there were some dishes and drawers in the kitchen really dirty. Dryer machine didn’t worked when we got there, but manager fixed the next day. In general is a nice place, parking is really difficult to find in the night!

Lovely condo
This condo is very comfortable and matched the listing. High ceilings make it feel very spacious and ceiling fans in every room keep it comfortable without having to run the central air constantly. The furniture and bedding is very comfortable and while were only here for one night, I don't doubt this would be great for a longer stay as well. Checking in at the guardhouse when we arrived was smooth and Google got us right to the condo. The owner Mark reaponded quickly to my messages and was very friendly I was a little put off when I was told about the "no shoes inside" policy AFTER I had booked and feel like this should be mentioned in the listing, along with all other policies the owner had in place. But even given that, I'd probably stay again because it was reasonably priced, clean and well furnished.

Absolutely perfect!
Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable! This place had everything that we needed for our weekend trip. It was clean, the beds and couches were comfortable and we also really liked the community. With the pool and other amenities were just a short walk away. Also, the back area to walk our dog was super convenient, bringing our dog along is important to us, the home and community made us feel welcome to have him there. The only thing I'd like to mention to future renters is that parking gets filled up at night. This is not at all any fault to the homeowners just something for others renters to be ready for. There is over flow parking just a short walk away though. Mark was fantastic with communication and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend to stay here!!!

Overall not a bad stay for the price and to be close to the park. I had to send multiple messages when trying to contact the property manager, but when he did respond he was very accommodating. He allowed me to drop off belongings prior to check in time, which was greatly appreciated, but the housekeeper wasn’t made aware and was startled by my early arrival. I’m not sure why there’s a no shoe rule as the laminate flooring is coming up in multiple places and there’s no rug in the living room. The apartment was clean and we were provided with everything we needed for our stay. I felt it was a good price and what we needed. I only wish the listing mentioned it was a second story walk-up as it was a lot for my husband to carry all our bags up the stairs and I’m a disabled veteran. It would’ve been helpful to know there’s no elevator and you have to take the stairs.

We were disappointed, there was no greeting packet with information on the resort and amenities and times available. There was also no sign of Christmas at all. We expected something for our child. The place is roomy enough, but needs a lot of updating, painting, the toilet seat needs replacing in one bathroom, it is awful. Furniture is totally uncomfortable. We love the location, it is very convenient and we try to stay in that area every time we come. We still managed to have a great vacation.

Area wasn't safe was approached by some youngsters on finding drugs which was very disbursing. Hallways where dark not much lighting. And Condo was not kept well somewhat dirty and in need of some up dating. Would not be my first choice when I return.

Room Doesn't Look the Same
Overall, our trip was great. The room was not as nice as the pictures. No carpet in the living room and the decor is just a little oddly put together. Comparing the pictures provided to the reality of the room ... the comforters aren't the same - the bathrooms aren't nice (stuff is starting to corrode and not warm). There were no rugs in the bathroom so stepping out of the shower/tubs was tricky (we actually bought a rug while we were there for that). The towels were small so we bought some for our stay, too. The rule to not wear shoes is silly without any carpet in the condo - and the wood floor is worn down in many places. We had ants in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms ... just gave an overall dirty feeling even though we know that pests like that are just a reality sometimes. The kitchen had 4 strainers but not a toaster or all parts to a blender - just some strange combinations. No wine glasses or nice plates/glasses. Listen - we had a nice trip and enjoyed the pool and morning walks - but the vibe of this unit was just not overly nice or to the standard we have often experienced ... but it was adequate. Our owner/host was responsive and easy to work with and the grounds and amenities were great.

Exceeded our expectations!
This was our 1st time using VRBO (Vacation Rentals by Owners) website. My husband and I traveled with our daughters ages 7 & 9. The condo certainly exceeded all our expeditions. The condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets OMG were possibly the softest fabric I've ever slept on, so comfortable in fact I had to look for the label because I just have to buy a set for our home. Truly one of the best nights sleep I've had in a LONG time. The community was also very nice. Pool was large and allowed everyone to take a brake from the summers heat before heading out for our fun activities. Everything was truly as pictured in the photos. Game room, fitness center and a little bar/ snack bar while the family enjoyed the pool. The condo is conveniently located near shows, amusement parks and activities that your whole family will enjoy! On our four day vacation we visited: Lego Land (30-40 Minutes); The Kennedy Space Center (1 hour, but a must see); dinner and a show at Medieval Times (30 min); downtown Disney (10 minutes); We watched the performance of the Blue Man Group, which is located at universal studios CityWalk & Amusement park (30 min). There was so much to do and enjoy! I would absolutely recommend this condo to all!

Let me start by mentioning that I usually don't write reviews but the description is very deceiving which defaults in bad reviews because it creates false expectations. ... MODERN, AWARD WINNING, GORGEOUS is really a misleading overated announcement Pros .safe and quite area, close to parks, nicely painted and decorated, spacious specially both closets and master bedroom Cons . modern... far from it, all furniture is updated from the TV to the furniture, extremely old and dusty . renovated... maybe the paint and the kitchen-laundry appliances ,the rest very outdated and in bad shape, master bed needs to be fix . gorgeous maybe the decoration and the pictures taken to show the property . cleanliness: extremally dusty from the fans ( seems months passed without cleaning ) --- to the all the bed covers, the sofa bed ... that sofa cover has not been washed in decades... the smell when we entered that house was peculiar, not clean but humid and old . bathrooms outdated, shower and hardware in general were old, cabinetry is old , damaged, outdated . towels extremely worn and bad, my dogs have better towels . should mention to guests to bring their personal soap, shampoo... . first time that im asked to take shoes offf
