I highly recommend staying here. The staff is nice, the hotel itself is very modern in the inside, and most importantly the rooms were clean and didn't have any bad odor like most hotels in the orlando area do.

First time staying at this hotel and from the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the room was extra clean to the highest standard, the staff were efficient, attentive and very kind! The hotel was quiet and peaceful and there is a 24 hr Dennys at a walking distance, 8 minutes to Universal, free parking and simply made our stay memorable one. Thank you Hilton!

One of the front staff (black guy) was not kind and we felt uncomfortable as it was thought like racism. The room was clean and quite big, however we could not sleep well because of the light from the outside as there was no black out curtain at the window. Great hotel and location for the parks- especially Universal. Friendly and attentive staff; pool area and tiki bar were great too. A shame that so much building work was going on- it was quite noisy at times, but I’m putting this down to exceptional circumstances.
