サウスパークオーランドの名高いレイクノナエリアにあるダウデンロード、ナルクーシーロード、モスパークロード、417グリーンウェイの間にある、ノナレイクのイーストパーク周辺に位置しています。 イーストパークは、ナルクーシーロードからダウデンおよびモスパークロードにあるコミュニティへの出入りに便利な3つの入り口/出口を備えています。 これにより、417 Greenwayをオーランド、ノースオーランド、サウスオーランドのダウンタウンに行く通勤者や、ノナ湖エリア内のすべてのレストランやショッピングに簡単にアクセスできます。 ディズニーワールド、ユニバーサル、ウォーターパークなど、ほとんどのアトラクションは20〜25分です。

この2ベッドルームの家には、クイーンサイズのベッド2台を備えた4人家族が宿泊できます。 家庭には、鍋、フライパン、調理器具、皿、食器用石鹸、ペーパータオル、大小の器具などを備えた充実したキッチンが備わっています。洗濯室;フラットスクリーンテレビと基本的なケーブルを備えたリビングルーム。信頼性が高く高速なWiFi。

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and the house was in a great location, quiet and clean. The host lives on property and came over to introduce herself which was nice. The home was pet friendly and convenient for our two large dogs. Great home.

Just as nice the 2nd time.

We liked it so much last year that we stayed there again this year. Cute, comfortable little house with a small fenced in back yard. Close to grocery and several restaurants. Easy to get to off the highway. Nice community to walk the dog. We plan on staying there again when we're in Orlando.

Perfect get away

The property was perfect. I absolutely love how pet-friendly the house was.Vicky was the best host and was so considerate.I read a lot of reviews about houses being unclean, but not this house.Vicky responded quickly and was very understanding that our dogs barked so much.I would definitely stay again.The neighbor was very safe and close to the parks.

Serenity in the city

I’ve had the opportunity to stay here a few times it’s always a pleasure. I love the eclectic design and the beautiful patio views of the lake. It’s conveniently located to the highways and I can get anywhere I need to go and it’s close to my family.

This is a wonderful property!! The home is super clean and comfortable!! We plan on staying here again. Vicky had everything set up for us. All we had to do was get groceries. The location is close to stores, restaurants, shopping, and your everyday needs. We took off and headed to Daytona, Cocoa beach, Cape Canaveral and didn't spend the day in the car. The location is awesome!! I highly recommend this home and all it has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay!! We really enjoyed this beautiful home. And we appreciate the love and care our host put in the home to make it a great experience. 5 stars and two thumbs up!!

We brought our 2 dachshunds on our Florida vacation. They both enjoyed the fenced in backyard. They weather was perfect and they watched the ducks in the pond. We love to play pickleball and found a neighborhood Court to play on and attended a tournament, as spectators, in Daytona Beach. Our air conditioner malfunctioned and it was promptly taken care of by the very nice owner!
