"Bedrooms were a good size. Excellent breakfast. Did not try other meals. Decor is very odd. Deffo lack of taste - all a bit 1980's .Library bar was a good room. Swimming pool and spa facilities were really good. Take your own pillows if you like soft ones. Mattresses were excellent. Convenient for the Hippodrome and you can walk into town. bath tubs were bouncy platic and showers were not brilliant. "

"The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of disabled parking. The lady receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. We had booked an accessible room as my husband is disabled, but it really was not suitable. The bathroom/wetroom had a wide door but there was only one handrail in the room next to the toilet. There was nothing in the shower area so husband couldn't use it as he needs to hold on when showering. I would have mentioned this on checkout if the gentlemen had been approachable. He...
