"The Rooms were NOT at ALL as advertised. The Beds were not what we had reserved. The staff gave us the accommodations that we had payed for online, but the rooms and beds were all smaller than advertised. We had booked a queen and King suite with two separate bedrooms and we were given a Double and two twin beds. "We were not lucky on the night we stayed. There was a power outage late night in parts of Kenya and hotel’s power generator was on and it made loud noises. We could not sleep well. We understood that it was not hotel’s fault. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We will come back after our safari trip and we hope room will be quiet."

"The location is excellent- close to the Nairobi National Park and the giraffe sanctuary- and the hotel is spacious and comfortable. It is set in a pretty garden boasting abundant bird life, with many delightful common spaces where one can relax and enjoy the peaceful environment. What is outstanding about this hotel however is the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful and made us feel well cared for. "
