"Really spacious cabin, clean, friendly and extremely helpful staff. We encountered minor issue during our stay but was being dealt with immediately. We really love our cabin, the mountain view is gorgeous and it comes with full kitchen amenities. "

"Building great, new, clean, very warm, good water pressure. Location great if you only plan on skiing … otherwise.. a bit remote. Lift chair Sakka 3 is about a 6min walk up hill to the chair lift. It’s not ski in/ski out. there’s a bus to gondola, but it doesn’t run very late. I think 5:30pm was the last bus. After that you need a taxi or your car. Taxi was very hard to get. The sister hotel (gondola hotel)had a shuttle, but apparently we didn’t book the right package and they wouldn’t give...

"We recommend dealing with the property directly rather than through Expedia, as communication was excellent once we did so. The team was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all our requests. The heating system and TV were a bit tricky to figure out at first, but everything worked fine once we got the hang of it. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Happo One Gondola Adam—and very peaceful."

"This is a lovely new hotel, very helpful friendly staff and one of the very best Onsens we’ve experienced in Japan (this is my third trip). Really fantastic- new, clean, three pools- outstanding. The hotel is 35 minutes S of Hakuba by car and an hour by shuttle bus, and the shuttle only runs to and from once per day so without a car you don’t have many options. Omachi, the nearest town is a fairly long walk. Recommend having a rental car if you stay here. "

Staff met us at the front gate, check in was easy with Kato helping us with dinner reservations and explaining where the onsen, reading room and other services were located. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional... all of the staff were so attentive. Arina was so lovely too. The food was incredible, delicious and tasty. The room was spacious and the bathroom with the private onsen was perfect. Our stay was perfect... Highly recommend staying...

"Worst hotel experience I’ve ever dealt with. Unable to get to the hotel because the only road to the hotel was closed. Hotel customer service was out-sourced and I had to talk to someone out of Japan that did not know anything about the hotel or roads in the area. After about 2 hours of back-and-forth via emails, they finally provided a number to the actual hotel, but the language barrier was a challenge. They agreed to cancel the reservation and agreed to provide a full refund, however,...

"Amazing hotel. Friendly stafff. Rooms are small but were were there to see Tokyo not stay in a room! Hotel is super easy access underground to Nagano station and in the center of it all. "We stayed at this hotel for seven nights during our Nagano ski trip in late January 2025. The location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable, and parking costs $10 per night. Be sure to move your car before 11 AM and park after 3 PM, as spaces fill up quickly in the afternoon. The hotel has a microwave in the lobby and a Lawson store right downstairs. We’ll definitely stay here again for our next ski trip!"

"A modern fairly new hotel which was very clean, safe and a 10 min walk from station. Literally 10 min walk to Matsumoto Castle. We had a view of it from our room. Rooms in the small side (comm in Japan) but fine for us. Beds were very comfortable too. A great value as well. We would stay here again. "
