"Well-managed budget hotel. Excellent location. Well-maintained & cleaned. A/C worked great. Bathroom all in order. WiFi sometimes slow or needed to reconnect again, but otherwise entirely usable. Bed was too hard, as they are everywhere in Buenos Aires. Windows had a UV-reflective film on them, which makes the room and outside world seem dimmer than it actually is, which is a downer. I was leaning more to give is a five star rating but there were two two things to mention here - 1) It's on a pedestrian street where vehicles are prohibited and taxis or Uber can't come.
