"The valet and the hotel check-in attendant were efficient and pleasant. We were given water and macaroons upon arrival. A luggage attendant delivered our bags to our room. The room was comfortable and clean. The property was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The property is a bit older as some of the paint around the windows was cracked in addition to the closet and bathroom doors. Overall, I had an excellent stay and the staff as well as the decor made up for any property deficiencies....

"The experience and stay was wonderful for a good nights rest after a long international flight. Especially the breakfast. But we heard elevator music from the lobby all night long, even on the 9th floor. Outside car traffic noise was to be expected since a busy intersection around LAX."
