"Check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean, spacious and was easy to get around the area. The only issue we had was the television didn’t work. There was a cable laying on the floor for the tv but we couldn’t find where to connect it and I tried to contact the property manager and got no response regarding this issue"

"The views and location of this apartment cannot be beat, and the included parking space was super convenient. We rented this apartment as part of our girls trip to visit Bavarian sites and Christmas markets. The apartment was a perfect fit for 3 adults and 2 children. A lovely private backyard space for your morning coffee or evening meal. Spacious, very clean, close to many hikes and places to see. "The location, comfort, and cleanliness were excellent. There were DVD’s available, games for kids, full complement of kitchen utilities. The only thing missing was shampoo and/or body wash. I’m so used to expecting these, I never bring my own. Off street parking was great. Host was very responsive. Great place!"

"Die Wohnung ist sehr gelungen, Ausstattung top, sogar Kaffeebohnen, Gewürze und Öle waren vorhanden. Wir waren zu sechst unterwegs und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die Lage an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, dadurch war es nachts bei offenem Fenster recht laut. Aber dafür ist eine tolle Bäckerei für die Frühstücksbrötchen direkt grgenüber."

When we contacted the owner for check in instructions 1 hour prior to check in, he said he hadn't checked his email and never got our reservation. We were left in a foreign country scrambling for a new reservation for our week-long holiday at 4pm the same day. The property owner seemed to take no responsibility for ruining our vacation. "I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "

"Just returned from a fabulous 5 days here for an adults ski trip. 25 min taxi ride from Innsbruck airport which is really handy and only €60 fare. Great hotel and spotlessly clean. Superb pool and spa facilities, with swim out linked outside heated pool which is great for a soak after a hard day on the slopes. Room was spacious and very quiet, maid lovely. Resort more suited to beginner/intermediate skiers, where there are loads of blue runs and various cable cars/funicular/chair lifts. It’s not technically a ski in hotel, as you do need to walk about 6 mins to the lifts/ski bus but not a big deal. Town centre is a 20 min walk away and is buzzing on weekends with ice skating and trail skiing as well as club alpine races. We went half board – food is great for the money, and drinks reasonable; only negative is the wine list is very limited. All in all a great hotel, brilliant 5 days, may well return next year"

"I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "

"Wonderful Stay at Reindl's Partenkirchner Hof We had a fantastic stay at Reindl's Partenkirchner Hof. The staff and owners were exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even organised our Zugspitze passes without any extra fees, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared, offering a great start to each day. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a 4-minute walk from both the train station and bus station, and within walking distance of the charming old city part of Garmisch. Nearly all key locations are easily accessible on foot. The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The leisure centre, which includes a pool, sauna, and other amenities, is in excellent condition and adds a relaxing aspect to our stay. We highly recommend Reindl's Partenkirchner Hof for anyone visiting Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We look forward to returning!"

Comfortable and quiet

"We stayed early in the season (Dec), so the hotel was not operating with every possible amenity. Still, for a family holiday, it just barely sufficed, given the price. Pros: spacious room, nice balcony, good location to Rosshutte ski bus. Well heated. Cons: limited access to kettle, microwave, fridge. Games area for kids wete only at a charge of €2 for any item. TV service limited. Some parts of the hotel were well-used. A bit of a walk to town centre, although still relatively central. Friendly staff. "
