"We had a lovely 4 night stay at The James Hotel. Service was great and staff were very welcoming and accommodating as we arrived early and they let check in rsrly no extra charge.rooms wete great we had a double and twins they were both clean and the bed was very comfy and the shower was really refreshing. The only negative which is not anything the hotel can do was the cars beeping and driving loud and fast up and down the road outside until 2-3am on Friday and zsaturday nights. Overall though...

"Really amazing hotel love the city themed so fun. Staff are very friendly and helpful!! Pretty great area lots of shops and restaurants really close by, it’s kinda far off from main attractions but the tram stop is about a 2 minute walk from hotel, super easy to navigate. I had a lovely stay, i definitely recommend and would stay again!!"

"Too new to have everything in order yet, Restaurant has not been opened, staff at Breakfast need to be instructed over all equipment to switch on and warm the (real cold) plates too! The Jam and Cheese single portions are almost not to open by ripping the tops off, very hard to accomplish."

"We stayed Thursday and Friday nights. The Thursday was really weird; empty, staff hard to find etc. The room itself is definitely 3* and no more, but the beds/linen etc are clean and good quality. It’s more of a high end conference centre than a hotel. The first breakfast was equally odd, no one from the hotel spoke to us at all! We ate in Lieden both nights, which with a hired bike was great. "Wanted a flatter pillow,as the ones provided were to high for my head and neck,but reception said that the hotel only had the type of pillow provided. Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "Location was in the center which is great. The room is clean, spacious (booked a quad room), had everything we needed. Internet was good too. However check out is at 10am which is quite early compared to all other hotels and they charge for luggage storage and hot water. In my opinion, tap water, even hot water, should be free. Staff are friendly. I would recommend. "

"The Teleport was perfect for what I needed - a clean room for the night, tea / coffee facilities, and a comfortable bed. As you know, it's situated in an unattractive part of town...which did not matter to me because all I wanted was an early night. The receptionist was charming, warm and efficient . Many thanks.
