SEVEN BEDROOM MAIN HOUSE…$1200 per night.
The main house consists of two wings adjoined by large lobby areas, the main dining room and a kitchenette for guests. This main house has seven bedrooms sleeping 14 guests plus two additional kids using our two fold up beds. The rate for the seven bedroom main house is $1200 per night.

The LEFT WING of the main house includes bedrooms #1, #2 and #3. These are each equipped with one king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Room #1 is the largest followed by room #3.

The RIGHT WING of the main house includes bedrooms #4, #5, #6 and #7.
Rooms #4 and #5 are the same size and each is equipped with a queen sized bed.
They share an adjoining bathroom.
Room #6, our smallest room, is geared for kids and is equipped with two twin sized beds and ensuite bathroom. Access to room #7 is through room #6.
Room #7 is equipped with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
Rooms #6 and #7 combined is what we describe as the parents/kids quarters.

BLOCK OF SIX POOLSIDE ROOMS…additional $800 per night.
In addition to the main house guests can add our block of six poolside rooms to sleep another 16 guests. The rate for the block of six poolside rooms is an additional $800 per night.

The block of six poolside rooms is adjacent to the main house and is next to the lobby.
Rooms #8 and #13 are the largest and are each equipped with two queen sized beds, ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette.
Rooms #9, #10, #11 and #12 are each equipped with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.

The seven bedroom main house along with the block of six poolside rooms can sleep 32 people. The main house includes your living room, formal dining and a guest kitchen. All reservations include maintenance and housekeeping services including our on property host. Private gourmet chef options available…see below.

Room 1….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 2….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Room 3….king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Rooms 4 and 5….queen size bed in each, adjoining bathroom.
Room 6 and 7....Parents/kids two bedroom unit with access through room 6.
Room 6….kids’ bedroom with two twin size beds, ensuite bathroom.
Room 7....king size bed, ensuite bathroom.
Two fold up beds for kids are available in the main house.

Block of Six Poolside Rooms...sleeps 16
Rooms #8 and #13…two queen size beds, ensuite bathroom, ensuite kitchenette.

Holiday Peak Season Rate: Christmas (December 22-January 2) and Easter (Good Friday to Easter Monday)
Main House…$1700 per night. Block of Six Poolside Rooms…additional $1300 per night.

CHEF SERVICE OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Our chef service labor cost is $250 per day to prepare for guests of the seven bedroom main house (up to 16 people) and $350 per day to prepare for guests of the main house and poolside rooms as well (up to 32 people). After making your selections for breakfast and dinner we will then provide an estimated grocery cost. Our kitchen staff will be happy to do your grocery shopping for you. There is a shopping service fee of $75 which covers the time and round trip transportation to do the shopping.
