At the 9th floor public bath, you can choose from indoor or outdoor hot pools, warm pool, cold pool, sauna, and water massage. "The Furano Prince was a nice ski-in ski-out location, albeit a bit pricey. It is a bit isolated and while there is an evening shuttle to town which is great, you have about 1 hour to eat if you wish to take the shuttle home. You can get taxis once in town, but they are limited. The ski lockers are convenient and can store 2 sets of skis or boards. "The property is in a great position opposite the train station and bus station. There are many supermarkets and eating choices within walking distance. The hotel has had a face lift in the last 12 months. Cleanliness is at a very high level as is service."

"We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "
