"We love Astoria and it is so nice to be right on the trolly line and be able to walk to Pier 39 and downtown. Our only complaint was that our room smelled really mildewed masked with a strong cleaner. We kept the window open because of the smell but had to shut at night because of the sea lions. "

"Nice stay right on the trolley line. Great view of the river right next to the Astoria-Megler bridge. The downside was we chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool, but found out when we checked in the pool heater didn’t work. Something to consider, it was foggy, lots of foghorn noise, just something to be aware of. Some in our group enjoyed it but others didn’t."

"The door to our room was rusted and drafty. Needs a seal, cold draft.The carpet felt wet. The bathroom has peeling paint on the shower ceiling. Bathroom appeared old, needs updating or some TLC. Comfortable beds. Nice view. TV remote not working. Spacious room. Staff were kind & friendly. "

"When we got to our room there was what appeared to be a bunch of wet sand in the sink. I cleaned it out and then noticed the sink was clogged. As the water would slowly drain more sand would come up. "

"We stayed in room 118 and it was beautifully and tasteful decorated and very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and the amenities are great. We used the pool a lot and also rode the bikes. They even have puppy pamper station. Everyone in the family agreed that we will be back!"

"We were pleasantly surprised. It's nothing fancy, but rooms were clean, bed comfortable, some updating has been done, quiet, close to everything, and everyone was very friendly and incredibly accommodating. We stayed on 2nd floor in king suite. We would stay again. Thank you!"
