The bright interior features a neutral color palette suitable for the coast. It offers numerous comforts of home like cable TV, central air-conditioning, a full kitchen, and a private washer/dryer.

Ocean City's top attractions are within a short driving distance, but recreation opportunities are also abundant right on the property. Get in your daily exercise with some vitamin 'sea' - the fitness center's treadmills face the water, and the tennis court and outdoor pool are beachside.

The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Overall very happy with everything, but im not too picky. If i was to nitpick, id say in needs a screen door installed, the sceen did fall out, but im handy enough to be able to reinstall it. Id definitely stay here again!

Great little place!
We had a great time staying here. Golden Sands had everything we needed from beautiful sunrise views from our balcony to sunset views over the bay from out the back door to easy beach access to an ice cream shop, a bakery, and Tiki Bar with great Bartenders and fun drinks. Condo was very cute. Exactly as advertised. It was clean and decorated very nicely. All the basics were provided such as clean linins and towels and the basics to get started such as dishwashing tabs, laundry pods and paper towels. Previous reviews were pretty spot on...elevators were slow but manageable going up...going down, we often gave up and took the stairs. The mattress was firm in the condo. Only problem we had was that the cable went out on the last night we were there. They said they would send someone the next day but we were checking out so...

you won’t hear your neighbors
this unit is on the 5th floor and we never heard anyone unless it came from outside, no footsteps overhead. all linens were provided. the parking garage has an exit that leads out to the beach, so we were able to keep most of the sand away by storing beach stuff in the car. they provided laundry and dishwasher pods as well.

Very peaceful stay with little disturbances. Terrific view, clean unit with very nice kitchen, that had the cutest stove with an oven. The marble countertops were beautiful. Internet reception was not good. Stayed early October for four days. The only complaint about the unit was that the Murphy bed inside doors needed to be painted. I felt like I was sleeping in a box. Check in was confusing with multiple emails about the process. Check in cabinet was outside under a tree on the right side of building. My envelope did not have a parking pass. Parking passes can be easily removed by other vacationers with guests, because envelopes are not sealed. Was able to get another parking pass from VACASA representative.

Great unit, terrible management
The unit is exactly as described and we loved everything about it. However, the management company (Vacasa) has terrible customer service and won't own up to any issues. They forgot to include a parking pass in my check-in envelope... I was assured by the building that I would absolutely be booted and towed that evening without it. After HOURS on the phone and text feature with Vacasa I had to take the matter into my own hands and figure it out with the building. The building gave me a permit after I showed them the texts with Vacasa which showed they were intending to deliver one but still hadn't managed it. Vacasa delivered the pass 48 hours later, on Monday morning and tried to say that this somehow was acceptable. They later tried to blame me for the lack of parking pass. Their staff is rude on the phone and not helpful on the texts, and the "local staff" is non-responsive at best. As much as we loved the building and the unit we will never rent from Vacasa again.

Communication was a bit difficult with vacasa, our drain was completely blocked and we had no toilet paper to begin with so when I communicated with that they actually thought I was in a completely different state at a different property so that was a little odd and frustrating. Elevators are very very slow and crowded. The view was nice the bar was nice the live music could be a little quieter. Very very clean and I was glad for handicap ramp access as I had broke my foot 3 days before the trip.
