We visited historic Bamberg, played golf on a lovely nine hole course and found some peaceful lakes to picnic and read by. Its location also gave us the opportunity to take the train / bus to Prague - a wonderful experience. A holiday totally to be recommended."

It is in a quiet village an easy 5 kilometre cycle along the river into the old town of Bamberg and within walking distance of a few local restaurants and bars. Parking was available directly outside the property and there was a secure shed for leaving bikes. Overall, it made an excellent base for our holiday "
