Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und naturnah, aber dennoch nah genug am Stadtzentrum, um Restaurants, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht.
