"民泊ならでは注意点なのかも知れませんが、オーナーさんと事前にやりとりして、料金や注意点を確認しておくのは大事だなと感じました。 1.宿泊費以外にかかる費用が、事前に明示されてなかった。宿泊費以外に、風呂使用料、キッチン使用料、がかかる事を宿泊当日に知らされた。(結果的には、かからなかったですが、何故そうなったのかは後述します。) 2.チェックアウト時間を変更出来ないか事前に相談し、全然大丈夫ですと回答もらったが。チェックアウト直前に念の為に確認の連絡したら、延長料金がかかるとの事。結果1時間延長を無料でしてもらえました。後述　オーナーさんとはサイトのメールでのやりとりだけなので、対面でやりとりするのと比べて誤解や行き違いが生じやすい点は、改めて注意する必要があると思います。 ..."
