As you enter through the gate, a paved path leads you to your private patio. A charming white pergola shades the area, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene oasis where you'll love spending your time.

Slide open the glass door to find your bed immediately on the right. This space-saving design doubles as a couch for relaxing and watching TV. Beneath the TV, a pull-down desk provides a convenient workspace, which can be closed to make room for a twin trundle bed. Connect the trundle to the main bed to create a king-size sleeping area.

Next to the bed, you'll find a dedicated workstation that also serves as a private dining nook.

The kitchen features a two-burner induction stove, with induction pots stored in the cupboard below and utensils in the drawer. A full-size refrigerator and microwave are conveniently located next to the desk.

Beyond the kitchen, a sliding barn door reveals a brand-new bathroom. Enjoy a full-size shower and ample storage, with all necessary supplies provided for your stay.

There are ring doorbell cameras at the gate entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the gate.
