"This property is definitely one of the nicer ones on Gili. The staff is very kind and helpful. You can walk anywhere you’ll want to go within 10 mins. It’s close to the main port, but not too close so it’s a little more quiet in the night."

"WiFi problems first three days. No further problems once they moved me to a better room and installed a new Router. Very Friendly and Kind Staff. "Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Great stay in their villa - the outdoor living room was unique and well designed. The food was delicious and good selection of wines. They do not take Amex though and you have to go to the breakfast buffet (if ordered to the room you pay for it)."

"Wonderful hotel, very conformable bed, clean bathroom. Great location, central and quiet. Very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time. LOMBOK is a nice place to visit, enjoyed the local culture, people and nature. Will be back again."

"Best of Lombok accommodation so far!! Our garden view room was set amongst tropical flowers and birdlife, spacious and clean. The ocean view villas just in front were stunning with individual tiny pools and loungers facing the ocean, but we loved our private and beautiful room one row behind (no.15). My favourite was the outdoor private shower, with flowers and birds. The staff were excellent, food the best on our trip to Lombok We enjoyed snorkelling at the Three Secret Gilis, lots of fish...
