"The hotel and my room in general was acceptable and the location was great. HOWEVER, the carpet in the room was so worn out and it smelled like people/pet peed on it. It felt awful when I stepped on it barefoot!! I would have given the hotel 3.3 to 4 stars if it were not for the carpet! Disappointing!"

"Amazing views, spectacular room, excellent hospitality. We love staying here - all the food and amenities are fantastic. The onsen was lovely in the cold weather. We wished we were staying longer!"
