"Overall the Tanoa is a great hotel, nice staff, clean and tidy with good facilities and amenities.They let themselves down by ridgedly sticting to the rule of no refunds. Because of circumstances beyond our control we had to cancel a booking made through Expedia. Those circumstance caused us to stay ..."

"I’ve been to a couple of places ever since I got to Tonga but this by far my favorite. So clean and they have cooking supplies and a whole kitchen in my studio room. It was a studio but it’s big. ‘Uliti was so sweet and professional. Wifi hardly worked but it wasn’t a problem cos I had my own hotspot. ..."

"Easy to book. Map was not accurate but we found it in the end! No wifi available. Rooms all clean and the property was well furnished. Excellent support from the property manager in the adjacent property who went above and beyond. Couldn't recommend her highly enough."

Minimalist, small island country. Not great beach swimming here...you need to go to the outer resort islands.
