"I love the ambience, kind staff. The pool staff was a bit aloof and didnt start the sauna's on time and I had to ask and they forgot to turn one of them on , (which wouldnt have mattered but I only had an hour and it was the reason I came) It is quite far from the train station and quite a pricey uber/ cab drive (38 euros from trouville station) but it is well worth it for the spa vibe and the beautiful floral decor around the hotel. "This accommodation is basic. The kitchen woul be more useful with better utensils eg a sharp knife, veg peeler, chopping board. The beds were very comfortable with ample bedding and the bathroom and toilet were fine. The WiFi was hopeless. There is ample parking near each apartment. We had a very pleasant stay."

"The hotel was in a great position. Our room had a double aspect and in one view overlooked the harbour and the other view was over towards the estuary of the Seine. The staff were excellent, speaking French at first and when we had trouble, reverting to English. The hotel as a whole was clean and interesting. Becuase of the hotel's age some of the floors were not perfectly horizontal and the tairs were historic!"
