"Stay was great! All the staff was really friendly, bartenders on New Year’s Eve were excellent. Smashburger was delicious. Only issue would be the showerhead in room 21 does have buildup on it. So while taking a shower, it shoots out a bunch of tiny streams, which are slightly painful."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Crosby for my husband's birthday. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, the rooms were clean and the staff was above and beyond. The drinks at the hotel bar were amazing! And you can't beat the hot tub on the roof in winter."
