Coffee shop is awesome we stayed at 8 floor missing ice machine but we went a floor down. Rooms do need a microwave tho we line to munch on popcorn had to go down to main floor for that. But other than that it's a great stay "

"It's an older hotel but it still has charm. The staff helpful & inviting made us feel at home. The Christmas decorations and cleanness of the lobby very nice touch. The gym n pool area very clean and well stocked with towels and fresh fruit infused water. Added bonus for my little girl the pool was a heated, which made her day she was able to swim n really enjoy the pool. We would definitely stay here again in the future. "

"Embassy Suites has always been among our favorites; this one was also good but has some problems. They wouldn't allow us to check in at 1 pm unless we paid a $25 fee - tacky. We asked for the normal room cleaning and did not get it. And the elevator stuck, with the alarm buzzing and the door closed for a minute or two - had to jab buttons for a while until the door managed to re-open. And the hallways are not as clean as they should be. So a lot of minor problems, though still a great breakfast...

"The rooms and staff were very nice. The complementary cucumber and lemon water was very good as was the coffee in the morning. We stayed for the night with our future sailor. God bless our men and women of the armed forces. "
