"This hotel room was not so clean. There was a pile of dirt in the corner of the bathroom. When we were looking for something we lifted the cushion of the chair and there was all kinds of food and dirt under cushion. "

"Overall we had a nice stay. I didn’t have any towels in my room and when I went down to the front desk to get some no one was there and I had to wait about ten minutes for help. No bell or anything to alert staff you were waiting. Outside of that the room seemed clean and comfortable. The pool was nice but small."

"Loved all. Staff and facility perfect for my needs. Had heart testing to be done at Hamot Hospital. I've recommend Courtyard to everyone I talked to at Hamot to use the Courtyard when needing overnight stay. I would never stay at another Hotel in Erie, Pa. Food was also outstanding! Absolutely no negatives!!!"

"Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Complimentary snacks upon entering the lobby and free breakfast. Our only complaint was a party in the room above us. Extremely loud music and bass thumping to 3:00am. Multiple calls to the desk took care of the problem for about 15 minutes. Other than that, Great hotel"

"The employees here are always wonderful. My only complaint this time, which has nothing to do with the employees, is regarding people with children. Apparently, there was some sort of function where there was a cheerleading competition(?) locally. We could hear nothing but kids running and carrying on from 0400 on. We went to leave our room and some genius outside w/a cart with luggage and kids sitting on top of it. Took our luggage to vehicle, had to walk past the same people blocking the...
