"My only concern is the safety of the steps I had to navigate to and from the condo. There were railings for some of the steps, but not all, and those were scary. I'm 76 and not nearly as steady or confident as I used to be. I took my walking sticks and that's how I navigated the rail-less steps. These are only 2 or 3 steps long, but with no railing to steady me, they are a horrifying fall risk. I brought the sticks so that I could hike up and down dunes on my way to the lakeshore. "our overall visit was very good. The photo we saw when booking painted a considerably different picture than the reality, making it look much newer than it is. And the building was a lot older than expected and rather dated. However the facility had everything we needed and at a very good price. On balance we would consider returning and just adjust our expectations. Note, we visited in October ( not ski season). Lots of room was nice."

"This property is exactly as listed and is in the heart of downtown Frankfort. You can walk to shops and restaurants or eat in using the well stocked kitchen. Parking was not an issue for us, but we stayed in the fall when it is less busy, so I imagine if you have more than one vehicle in your party it could be harder in the summer season. The views of Betsie Bay are awesome to wake up to and the beach and trails are right out the door. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Spent one night at this super cute and comfortable condo. Fantastic location close to TC and Elk Rapids, GT Resort, Turtle Creek Casino and countless beaches. Condo is situated in a small woodsy area with beach/bay view with easy access to the water. Quiet peaceful setting. Decor was fun, funky and beachy. The queen bed was extremely comfortable! Communication was excellent with the True North team. Noticed a couple of maintenance issues like light bulbs missing, dishwasher did not seem to have...
