「After a 1 week stay in Cape Town we were looking for a place to stay for two nights close to the airport. We required a stay with airport transportation, a pool or other leisure activities and dining as we would not have a car. The Zevenwacht more than delivered. Located in Stellenbosch region it would also be great starting point for day trips in the area. Our unit was on the hill overlooking the estate with a spectacular view, particularly in the evening when we would sit on our patio...

「Hawksmoor House ist ein klassisches, 300 Jahre altes Capholländisches Bauerngehöft. Wir waren zuerst im Herrenhaus untergebracht, dann in einem Nachbargebäude. Beide Zimmer waren ausserordentlich schön. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Zu bemängeln gab es nichts. Allerdings sollten Reisende wissen, dass die Anfahrt über einen unbefestigten Weg erfolgt. Wifi gibt es nur im Herrenhaus. Nach einer Corona-Pause könnte hie und da die Fassade frisch gestrichen werden. Aber dies sind wirklich winzige...

「We stayed one night and were very happy with what we've got. The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighbourhood with a lovely pool to take a refreshing swim. The walls are rather thin, so you occasionally hear guests in other rooms but that wasn't a problem for us. 」

「My room was not clean at all. Mould, blood and other residue was found in the room & I was told the cleaner didn’t clean properly. That was the explanation. Can you imagine? I will not be returning.」
